How much does a consultation cost?

All of our services are free (except Circle of Security for members of the community not having counselling with us)

Is my information kept completely confidential?

Your privacy and trust are our highest priorities. Apart from the legal limits to confidentiality, everything we discuss remains strictly confidential, providing you with a safe and secure environment to share your thoughts and feelings.

What happens during our first meeting?

Our first session is simply a gentle conversation. We will listen to your story, understand your unique needs, and discuss how we can best support you. There is no pressure and no rushed decisions.

Do I need a referral from a doctor?

No referral is necessary. You can reach out to us directly whenever you feel ready. We are here to support you at any stage of your journey, without any complicated administrative steps.

Can I bring my partner or a family member?

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring anyone who makes you feel comfortable and supported. We embrace families in all their forms and want to ensure you feel secure during our time together.
